    Brief Overview: If you wish to cancel for a full refund, please provide us with 7 full days prior notice to your FIRST Excursion booked with us. In case of inclement weather and we are unable to serve you, a full refund will be processed.

    Our Captains also reserve the right to change/modify the route without notice, due to any weather or other safety concerns.

    We highly recommend that you have travel insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances such as airline delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, injuries or illness.

  • A: Our boats are docked in Nanny Cay Marina, but our main office - The Chill Box, is located at Hannah’s Estate next to our sister company “Wickham’s Cay II Rigging”.

  • A: If the Captain’s and their teams decide that it is unsafe to go out and we can no longer accommodate you, you will be refunded in full. However, if there is choppy seas and/or rain, this does not constitute to severe weather. If we are available and can schedule you for another day, we will try to do this for you. Should you decide that you do not want to go out due to rain/choppy seas, you are still responsible for the charges in full for the day that you booked.

  • A: We prefer if all shoes are removed when boarding our vessels so that our interior is protected. In the instance where you cannot remove your shoes, we can supply you with shoe covers.

  • A: Yes, absolutely! We have a large Yeti coolers on board. If travelling from the USVI, be sure to declare on your BVI Customs Form what you are bringing. and let our Captain know as well!

  • A: All prices that we quote are inclusive of fuel costs - both for charters and water taxi services.

  • Q: Is there a minimum age for children? A: No, we welcome all ages and have life jackets on board for all sizes.  

  • A: We have both adult, children & infant life jackets on board, as well as all safety equipment ranging from flares, fire extinguishers, VHF radios, first aid kits etc. Our boats are also fully insured, licensed, and only operated by experienced licensed captains.

  • A: Absolutely NOT! Smoking is NOT allowed on, or near, any of our vessels as there is a 300 gallon fuel tank on each boat.

  • A: It is ILLEGAL to bring cannabis or any other recreational drug/substance into the British Virgin Islands.
