DAY & DINNER CHARTERS: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS!

    Brief Overview: If you wish to cancel for a full refund, please provide us with 7 full days prior notice to your FIRST Excursion booked with us. In case of inclement weather and we are unable to serve you, a full refund will be processed.

    Our Captains also reserve the right to change/modify the route without notice, due to any weather or other safety concerns.

    We highly recommend that you have travel insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances such as airline delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, injuries or illness.

    Cruise Ship Passengers Only: If your cruise ship does not call into the British Virgin Islands as scheduled, you will receive a full refund.

  • A: We will provide you with a friendly, experienced captain, snorkeling gear, noodles and a selection of beverages. Fuel is also included in the price you pay, along with cruising permits, and national park fees.

  • A: Anything you fancy! If you are going to spend the day island hopping on a Day Charter, please bring your swimsuits, towels & sun protection. We do have spare towels and sun cream, in case you forget.

  • A: We can pick you up from wherever you desire! Just let us know on our booking form and we can quote you accordingly. Our homebase is Nanny Cay, so other locations will have a surcharge. We pick you up from the Nanny Cay Fuel Dock / A Dock which is the marina located close to the beach.

    For Cruise Ship passengers only, we collect from Village Cay A Dock.

  • A: If the Captain’s and their teams decide that it is unsafe to go out and we can no longer accommodate you, you will be refunded in full. However, if there is choppy seas and/or rain, this does not constitute to severe weather. If we are available and can schedule you for another day, we will try to do this for you. Should you decide that you do not want to go out due to rain or choppy seas, you are still responsible for the charges in full for the day that you booked.

  • We can accommodate up to 12 guests on our largest vessels, and for groups larger than this, we can operate multiple vessels in tandem.

  • A: We will have a selection of complimentary beverages on board and these usually include a range of: water, soda’s (coke, sprite, ginger ale), Truly spritzers, rum and beer. If you have a specific drink that you enjoy and would like to have on your day out, please let us know and for an additional charge we can provide this for you. For example; champagne, prosecco, Zacapa, specific vodka’s etc.

  • A: Unfortunately not! But we can take you to some great beach front restaurants/bars where you can grab a bite to eat! If you would like to have snacks on board, please let us know and for an additional charge we can provide this for you. For example; Dorito’s, granola bars, fruit etc.

  • A:  Gratuity is at your discretion, but our captains would definitely be very appreciative! Customary is usually between 10-20%.

  • A: Yes, definitely, this is YOUR day! We are very flexible and want you to have the best time possible.

  • A: We may modify the itinerary slightly and go to areas/islands that are safer to navigate, however this is very rare.

  • A: All our prices are inclusive. The only additional fees you might need to pay are if you arrange any ground transportation. For Full Day, Half Day or Dinner/Sunset Charters, any food or drinks purchased at the restaurants are additional.

  • A: Yes, definitely! We offer a selection of different packages for both Half & Full Day Charters and there is also the option to customise your own day and customise your times. We will always ensure that we get our guests back in plenty of time for ALL ABOARD time for your cruise. There is also no surcharge for a pick up and drop off at Road Town for any cruise ship passengers. We will collect you from Village Cay A Dock - which is a short 3-5 minute walk from the cruise ship terminal.
